All orders placed on us.puma.com that ship within the 48 Contiguous U.S. states are eligible for free economy shipping when you spend $75 or more (pre-tax). Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other overseas U.S. Territories are subject to a $15.00 standard shipping fee.

We are happy to offer FREE online returns for orders placed on puma.com within 45 days of purchase. You may return your PUMA products* in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
To initiate your FREE return please click MY ACCOUNT for registered users, otherwise click HERE (You’ll just need your Order Number, which you’ll find on your order & shipping confirmation emails from our customer service team.) From there, you’ll be able to print a pre-paid shipping label or use the included QR code to drop off at one of the 3 FedEx drop off locations near you included in the email. Please be sure to note the return tracking number.

Direct Signature Required
To ensure the safe delivery of your packages, PUMA may require a signature at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Once you place your order, we will let you know our estimated delivery date and if your signature will be required. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient, so we will accept signature from anyone at the residential or business delivery address. Unfortunately, we will not accept signatures or requests for change of address on the delivery door tag, but if we miss you the first time, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.
