We are happy to offer FREE online returns for orders placed on puma.com within 45 days of purchase. You may return your PUMA products* in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
To initiate your FREE return please click MY ACCOUNT for registered users, otherwise click HERE (You’ll just need your Order Number, which you’ll find on your order & shipping confirmation emails from our customer service team.) From there, you’ll be able to print a pre-paid shipping label for all returns from the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Please be sure to note the return tracking number. We do not offer free returns on orders placed from APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. Visit our Returns page for more information.
